Candice, B.S. Civil Engineering, is the Principal Consultant at Iron Projects. She spent 16 years in Project Engineering, Project Controls and Construction Management for the energy industry. She has worked with several major corporations in various capacities including Shell, Chevron, Valero, Technip USA, Worley Parsons, Turner Construction, amongst others.  As a Project Lead, she was responsible for end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of downstream manufacturing capital projects, ranging from $2-$100 million. She has also worked on large-scale ($1B+) projects with Bechtel and Shell Midstream’s MLP. Candice began managing commercial real estate projects in 2017 and has since managed multiple retail strip center renovations, tenant build-outs, residential single and multi-family developments.  She has a flawless track record of delivering projects on time and on budget; repeatedly being called upon to analyze and restore misaligned projects for others.  She believes these types of projects are the most challenging, but also the most rewarding. ​Candice is focused on doing work with the community in mind.  Her goal is to help revitalize underserved communities. She is a huge advocate for educating youth and providing kids with the right tools to rise above academic challenges.
