Principal Project Manager
Candice, B.S. Civil Engineering, is the Principal Project Manager at Iron Projects. She spent several years in Program and Project Management, Project Controls and Construction Management for the energy industry. She has worked with several major corporations in various capacities including Shell, Chevron, Valero, Technip USA, Worley Parsons, Turner Construction, amongst others. As a Project Lead, she was responsible for end-to-end delivery of a portfolio of downstream manufacturing capital projects. Candice began managing commercial real estate projects in 2017 and has since managed multiple renovations and developments in retail, education, residential and industrial industries. She has a track record of delivering projects on time and on budget; repeatedly being called upon to analyze and restore misaligned projects for clients. She believes these types of projects are the most challenging, but also the most rewarding. Candice is focused on doing work with the community in mind. Her goal is to help revitalize underserved communities. She is a huge advocate for educating youth and providing children with the right tools to rise above academic challenges.
